GoTriangle is excited to announce upcoming service changes designed to improve connections and enhance on-time performance for passengers. These changes will take effect on Sunday, March 9, 2025, and will involve adjustments to several routes and schedules to better meet the needs of our riders.

GoTriangle is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals demonstrating their ability to develop a Regional Bus Blueprint for GoTriangle. To obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) document, firms shall download the document from the GoTriangle’s web site at https://gotriangle.org/request-proposals-rfp. Completed proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on January 31, 2025 at GoTriangle’s Administrative Office located at 4600 Emperor Blvd., Suite 100, Durham, North Carolina, 27703, Attn: William Bryant. Wake Transit Plan update includes $1 billion for Improvements
 

In 2016, Wake County voters approved a half-cent sales tax referendum dedicated to expanding and strengthening transit services in Wake County. The Wake Transit Plan (WTP) is the countywide transit investment program that decides how those funds will be spent on services and projects to shape the future of transit service across Wake County. The Wake Transit Plan is updated every four years to revisit and confirm the region’s ten-year transit investment strategy.

Golden Modes
GoTriangle to host annual Golden Modes Awards event tomorrow morning

 

Triangle-area commuters who have reduced greenhouse gases through their travel choices will be recognized by GoTriangle Regional Transit during their annual “Golden Modes” Awards Program, Friday, November 8, 10 a.m., at North Carolina State University’s McKimmon Center, 1101 Gorman Street, in Raleigh.

Wake Forest Mayor and GoTriangle Board of Trustees Member Vivian Jones will be the keynote speaker.
